Nets and Vitec FuturSoft ensure customers’ needs are met and payment solutions are top-notch

Vitec FuturSoft develops flexible ERP software for the service and technical trade sectors. All customers using Vitec FuturSoft’s ERP system also conduct business through it. Nets' payment terminals are integrated into the system, ensuring smooth handling of card payment transactions at the final stage of the purchase process.

Vitec FuturSoft offers two core products: AutoFutur for the automotive aftermarket and KoneFutur for the machinery aftermarket.

"Our ERP system is a critical application for our customers. They run their daily operations using our system, making it an essential part of their business," explains Vitec FuturSoft's Key Account Manager, Tommi Mustakorpi. "We have over 1,800 customers, and all of them use the ERP system to conduct their business," Mustakorpi adds.

Nets' payment terminals are a vital component of the entire ERP system, enabling customers to handle card payment transactions effortlessly at the end of the purchasing process. Currently, Vitec FuturSoft customers have a total of 1,400 payment terminals integrated with their ERP systems, representing significant business for Vitec FuturSoft as well.
