The Solution: Nexi SoftPOS
The solution was Nexi SoftPOS powered by Softpay, which transforms standard mobile devices into secure payment terminals. This allowed staff to accept contactless payments directly at the table. Furthermore, international guests were given the option to pay in their own currency via Smart Converter (also known as DCC)—a detail that made the end of the meal feel more natural and familiar.
