Refund a transaction directly
In case you have to refund a customer’s transaction, and they have already left the store, you can use the MyNets portal’s refund feature without your customer having to come back to receive a reimbursement on the payment terminal. A feature which makes things easier for both you and your customers.
View how often your customers keep coming back
You might know your most loyal customers, but do you know how many of your customers that are recurring and how many are one-timers? In the MyNets portal you get access to a range of data, for example how loyal your customers are and how often they come back to your business. With that knowledge you can consider, if it would be beneficial for your business to introduce a loyalty programme.
View which countries your international customers come from
Is your store placed so that you have tourists visiting your store? Or do you have a lot of international customers? If so, you can use MyNets to get details on their country of origin. That way you can get useful insights on your customer base and consider setting up signs in other languages for your foreign customers to feel more welcome. Or consider offering DCC which they often find attractive. With DCC your customers can pay in their own currency while you get settled in yours, and you will earn a commission on the exchange rate.
